It's both puzzling and annoying, as this portable drive - although an old model - is brand new out of the box. Is it just a dead device? There's obviously no prospect of return or refund ..... I actually think Iomega have ceased producing portable drives and may even have gone out of business. But is there any other way I can try to get this drive to function? I have no use for a paperweight!
